Caveat Emptor

This is beta software. We cannot assume any responsibility for damage this software may do to your machine. The Macintosh version of Java is extremely unstable at this moment. We have tried everything possible, but there is no version of Java available for the Macintosh that doesn't crash at some point. We are distributing this ALPHA version of the software with the Metrowerks Java VM. They have the BEST implementation of java for the mac, but it still isn't perfect. We're working with Metrowerks to help them fix their bugs. If you'd like to avoid crashes, DO NOT USE THE JOT FEATURE. Don't let people send you jots, and don't send them. The rest of the system tends to work fine.

Memorandum of Agreement

In consideration of our loaning our proprietary software for our Global School District project for your testing with our central server, anent to determination of possible mutual interest therin, we understand that you have agreed to treat the software, the testing and modifications resulting therefrom on a confindential basis, and to respect our proprietary and intellectual property rights in and to the same, and to return the software to us upon our request without copying, modifying, or inspecting the inner workings of the same. Please indicate your acceptance of these conditions by selecting the "I Agree" link. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you will be denied access to the software.
